Monthly Subscriptions
When cancelling a monthly subscription, all future charges associated with future months of your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current monthly billing period. You will not receive a refund however, your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current monthly billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
When cancelling an annual subscription, all future charges associated with future years of your subscription will be cancelled. You may notify us of your intent to cancel at any time; your cancellation will become effective at the end of your current annual billing period. You will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise, for the remainder of the annual term. However, your subscription access and/or delivery and accompanying subscriber benefits will continue for the remainder of the current annual billing period.
The below mentioned Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the cancellation of subscription plans for your use of our platform ("Platform").
- 1. Users have the option to cancel their subscription plan at any time without penalty.
- 2. Upon cancellation of the subscription plan, the user will retain access to the Platform features for the remaining duration of the period they have already paid for as mentioned in the Expiry Date.
- 3. All future payments associated with the subscription plan will be cancelled upon the effective date of cancellation.
- 4. Users acknowledge that no refunds will be provided for any remaining days in the current billing period after cancellation.
Process for Cancellation
- 1. Users can initiate the cancellation of their subscription plan through the Platform, by accessing the payments section under their profile.
- 2. Once the cancellation request is received, the user will receive confirmation of the cancellation and the effective date of cancellation.
- 3. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that the cancellation request is submitted before the next billing date to avoid any additional charges.
- 4. Users will continue to have access to the Platform features for the remaining duration of the period they have paid for, even after cancelling their subscription plan.
Expiry Date
The below mentioned Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the expiry date of your access to our platform ("Platform") and its features.
- 1. The "Expiry Date" refers to the date until which you, as a user, have access to all the features offered by the Platform.
- 2. The duration displayed in relation to the Expiry Date covers the entire duration for which you have made payment or have been granted access, as specified in your subscription plan.
- 3. Upon reaching the Expiry Date, your access to certain or all features of the Platform may cease.
- 4. It is your responsibility to be aware of the Expiry Date and to take necessary actions, such as renewing your subscription, to continue using the Platform beyond this date.
- 5. Failure to comply with the terms regarding the Expiry Date may result in the suspension of your access to the Platform.
- 6. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, including but not limited to contact details and payment information, to ensure uninterrupted access to the Platform.
Billing Date
The below mentioned Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the billing date and payment process for your use of our platform ("Platform") and its features.
- The "Billing Date" refers to the date on which the user's provided card will be charged for the subscription associated with their use of the Platform.
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not save any credit card information on our servers.
- The Billing Date may be different from the Expiry Date, which represents the duration of access granted to the user on the Platform. The Billing Date is specifically for charging the user's card for the upcoming billing period.
- The user's card will be charged automatically on the Billing Date for the applicable subscription or service fees, as outlined in the user's subscription plan.
- It is the user's responsibility to ensure that their payment information is up-to-date and valid to avoid any disruptions in service or access to the Platform.
Payment Authorization
- 1. By providing payment information and agreeing to these Terms, you authorize us to charge your provided card for all applicable subscription on the Billing Date.
- 2. You agree to maintain sufficient funds or credit availability on your provided card to cover the charges on the Billing Date.
